Two Swedish groups live with automated business articles

Swedish local media group Stampen was the first in the country to publish our new automated business articles, based on annual reports, on their sites Hallands Nyheter, Hallandsposten and TTELA in April. 
A few weeks later, another major Swedish local media company, NTM, followed suit, publishing the business articles on Upsala Nya Tidning. NTM have also opted to include the automatically generated data visualizations we offer via our new partner, Norwegian data visualization experts everviz.

Canadian Brunswick News live with automated junior ice hockey content

We're excited to announce our first North American publisher to go live with automated sports content. It's the very digitally savvy Brunswick News in New Brunswick, Canada, who are running a content automation pilot in partnership with United Robots. We deliver game reports for two junior ice hockey leagues in the region, complete with game graphics with team logos, results and goal scorers. This new junior sports content forms part of Brunswick News' subscription offer.

Hyper local weather service for Roularta

Roularta Media Group in Belgium is live with automated weather forecast texts published for the 64 municipalities of the West-Vlaanderen (West Flanders) province. We send text updates for all morning, afternoon and evening. Readers can use the map on the De Krant van West-Vlaanderen website to choose weather forecasts for their own municipality and area. 

El Espectador to automate football reporting

News publisher El Espectador in Colombia will be using robots to write domestic and international football match reports. The company has signed an agreement with United Robots for automated match articles for a number of major domestic and international football leagues. The agreement covers pre and post match texts. All texts will be enriched with images, team logos, and affiliate URL linking to El Espectador. The texts will be automatically enriched with metadata to optimize distribution.

Robot journalism supports a growing number of local newsrooms. One of the best in class is Bergens Tidende in Norway, who was awarded three 2021 INMA Global Media Awards silver places for its Home Sales website section, entirely populated with robot generated content. Over the past year it has generated more than 1 mi pageviews, and is now driving 5% of all BT’s article conversions of paying subscribers.
